How do I change the value given to a charity?

How you determine the value or percentage of donation sales go to a charity is outside of the features of DonateMate. 

That is entirely up to you. 

Sales are completed through the Shopify Checkout, and Shopify deposits the funds into your merchant bank account. How you then pass this on to the charity is up to you.
